I have uninstalled and re-installed drivers for everything on this computer. I have tried the battery fix, didn't work. All windows updates are installed. I have uninstalled all of the USB devices and let them re-install. USB ports on the computer do not work for any type of USB device. Method 1
Perform these steps to run the Windows in built troubleshooter to identify any potential driver related issues present in your PC.
a) Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
b) Click on Troubleshooting tab.
c) Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
d) Select the Hardware and Device option from the list.
e) Click Next to run the Troubleshooter.
Note: Also run the Windows Update from the list, in case Windows is unable to download and install appropriate drivers through Windows update.

Next, check if updating/rolling back the USB driver helps to resolve the issue. Follow the below steps.
- First of all, Press Windows logo + R from keyboard. It will open RUN.
- Now type devmgmt.msc and press Enter to open Device Manager.
- You will see all the driver list of your PC. Expand 'Universal Serial Bus controllers', right click on the Host Controller

Double click on the driver in Device Manager. Then Click on Driver tab and select Update.
